If you get a room on the 14th floor find a different hotel. Bathrooms are small and dirty, rooms are like 90 degrees forcing you to sleep with windows open and they don’t seem to have a working vacuum for use in the hallway.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Rockefeller Center and the Theater District. The staff were friendly. The front desk staff were helpful when needs arose. I will return to this hotel in the future/

The place was amazing, the heating was amazing as well it was the perfect temperature. Unfortunately there was no mini fridge or anything but there were great eats around the area. Staff were good. The views were amazing and we had no issues at all. It was in a very central area where you could catch the 6 uptown and downtown. Very walkable area as well. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine, except for one thing- the noise level in the room is TERRIBLE! Every time somebody used a bathroom or shower in the other rooms, it sounded like the whole plumbing was ripped out of the walls in my room. AC was very noisy as well, but the bathroom noise was the worst I’ve ever heard. I barely got 3 hours of sleep.
