The Honeysuckle Homestead / Georgetown Living
Summary:
The Honeysuckle Homestead, sitting at 8,530 feet above sea level and only 45 minutes west of Denver, is the perfect spot for you to experience all the best that Colorado has to offer. Combining luxury with cozy mountain living, just step outside to enjoy hiking, fishing, and cross country skiing. If you like vintage steam trains, go for a ride on the Georgetown Loop Railroad and take a tour of an old silver mine. The Honeysuckle Homestead is located only 20 minutes from the Loveland Ski Area.
The Space:
This newly constructed home is in the Bighorn Crossing community of Georgetown. Four major ski areas, the Pepsi Center and Red Rocks Amphitheatre are all less than 45 minutes away from your front doorstep. It doesn’t matter if you want to be indoors or outdoors, up the hill or down, you have hundreds of options to keep you occupied.
The warm color scheme of the great room in The Honeysuckle Homestead brings all the magic of colorful Colorado indoors. The oversized window ushers in plenty of sunshine to create radiant energy in which to imbibe. Relax on the extra-cushy sofa and watch tv or gather around the coffee table to chat and commune. The breakfast bar has seating for three, with an additional chair for the endcap. In addition to the oversized window, there is recessed and hanging lighting to keep you well illuminated at all hours of the day and night.
Easing from the living room via the breakfast bar into the kitchen, you will discover beautiful, shiny toys to concoct any delectable culinary masterpiece of your choosing. Stainless steel appliances, a double sink, lots of cabinet storage, and tons of counter space create an environment for success. The design of the kitchen allows you work while not missing out on any of the conversations in the living room.
Attached to the kitchen is a half bathroom with a toilet and sink. Well lit with modern fixtures, you also have a great view out of the window. Additionally, there is a closet and pantry located on the first floor to fulfill all of your storage needs.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a super-restful king bed and a chair for lounging. The mod feel of the room is complemented by nightstands with lamps, and there is a hanging lamp over the chair in case you feel like reading instead of lounging. A massive dresser privedes plenty of storage space, and there is a ceiling fan for your added comfort.
Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom. Bright and roomy, it features double sinks with separate mirrors and lighting over each one. This bathroom has a magnificent glass shower, tile floor, and counter space for everybody.
The second bedroom is sleek and modern, also with a fantastic bed and giant window. Carpeted floors and gentle downlight will keep you snug as a bug in a rug. Across the hallway is a well-crafted full bathroom with modern fixtures and a bath/shower option. Stand or soak, the choice is yours! Next to the bathroom are stacked washer and dryer units.
