The photos are old and no longer relevant to the actual state of repair needed. Just look at the photos - one has gas at $249 a gallon. Room smelled of cigarettes and screws sticking out of bathroom threshold. Staff is very nice. Sorry but I have to be honest.

Rooms need some work but the river side rooms with a patio or deck are pretty awesome as far as the water goes. Still building & rooms need upgrades but it’s the location. Would definitely stay again

The room we stayed in for a week fit our needs. But wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. Why use wall paper in a bathroom? Sink was too low with a partially clogged drain. We had to have the door entry card reinstated three times during our 7 day stay.

Definitely a decent place for the money. Great location in Idaho Springs. Room was clean , front desk was friendly. Just an older building that may need updating at some point. Our stay was just what we wanted.

Place was so much nicer than I expected. We were right along the river and could hear the water and we had a beautiful balcony too. I will definitely be staying here again.

The view of the river was amazing! The room itself however was disappointing. The air conditioner was duck taped to the wall and looked like it was from the 1970s. The bathroom also had mold and peeling wallpaper. If it's an emergency this place will work.

Love the river flowing off the balcony. Peaceful sitting there and listening to it. Mountain behind it. Beautiful view. Management was awesome.
