The rooms are nicely updated & the staff is great! There are two pools with slides, & one of them is heated. All of the rooms have balconies. There are two fire pits for gathering around & meeting new people. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the main trolley stop & downtown. It was a great stay!

This hotel needs to be condemned, there is no elevator to the second floor, you have to haul your stuff up a ramp. broken glass doors, blood stains on hall carpet, filthy dirty fan blowing on you, that's before we even got to room! room 207, broken shelf in shower that could slice you up if you got near it showering, toilet did not flush, and everything covered in black mold. We immediately went to desk and said we are leaving, run don't walk from this place. Don't believe the photos on expedia, it's all lies!

The room was very dated and dark. The staff who checked us in were very abrupt and gave us no information, for example we were not told the room would not be serviced during our 4 night stay, if we wanted to have our bed changed or clean towels we would have to request them.

Conveniently located and clean

Room was very clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room had everything we needed. Could use an update on mattress but we slept ok. Will stay here again. We have stayed here a number of times. Staff is friendly. They had to fix the commode when we got there but took care of it promptly. Guy really nice

Liked the two small pool and fire pit areas. Received housekeeping everyday that we were there. The only available breakfast items were juice & coffee but this is stated on the property info. Great location and price.

The bed had hair in the corners of the frame like it’s never been cleaned. The hvac unit was filthy. The bathroom door would not close. The toilet does not flush properly and consistently runs water; the shower doesn’t have a liner in it; just a cloth curtain. When we asked to cancel our reservation, we were told they would only refund us 2 of 3 days because we were in the room for more than a half hour….. we spent a half hour trying to get the toilet to flush. We had to contact Expedia to get a refund for the two days, then went elsewhere.
