My husband and I came back to this wonderful hotel. The staff is outstanding close to everything. We seen a bear cub from our room which was very cool. The pool is amazing refreshing always clean. Thank you John he works at front desk always welcomed us with a smile. We will definately be back!!

Our stay was very nice. The toilet was not flushing properly & very low sitting. The tub could use an upgrade. The carpet could be replaced. Dirty feel on your feet. The beds and linens were very comfy. The gate to the outside pool was broke & caused you to walk the length of the parking lot. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The first room we stayed in we had to literally walk through a hallway that felt like a sauna to get to it. There was no seal around the door so the noise was so overwhelming but I will say maintenance came and did a temporary fix on it. But by the second day the noise was so overwhelming we couldn’t handle it.. . They finally put us into a different room the second day. Then when we get into our new room, it was great at first but again noise comes right through the walls. But not as bad as. The pool area on the inside. Or the smell or overwhelming heat and smell. They had 0 parking whatsoever for guests because of everything else going on at the hotel, and at one point, we had to pay $20 a day to park down the hill. It’s a hill walk up about two City block to get to Gatlinburg Parkway. I got in the shower the first night I noticed that there is filth around the toilet and bathroom floor. It’s never been cleaned . I left them know with a note, I am missing a ruby and diamond bracelet not counting filthy bathroom and room that we cleaned but no vacuum or mop. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and tried to accommodate housekeeping It’s horrible the properties beautiful to look at but it’s rooms aren’t very clean but again housekeeping is horrible. The AC didn’t work still doesn’t and no parking we won’t be back..

Smoky Mountain Heat Wave
The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the main street of things to do and places to eat. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are somewhat dated and a little dingy, though clean. The heat in the hallways to get to our room overlooking the indoor pool was nearly oppressive. All air conditioners vent into the halls and in the dead of summer, it was like a sauna, but our room remained comfortablely cool. Beds were comfortable and showers were adequate. Our daughter really enjoyed the multi-level pool with the waterfall.
We love the indoor pool! Its perfect for the kids after a long day of fun. We also love how there is a trolley stop right out front. And we ate at the restaurant twice and loved it both times.
Mike at the front desk was amazing but the rooms were terrible. We got a room on the inside of the indoor pool. It was molded. It was musky smelt really bad.

Nice staff, Awesome indoor pool area accommodating little kids up to adults with a 9ft deep pool. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean. Great location to everything. Would stay there again!
Definitely needs updating. Everywhere! The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Our AC was right next to our bed and blew cold air at the head of our bed. No brochures in the room for restaurants that are near the hotel and or deliver. And no number for front desk or any room service.
I gave my total experience a (3), which was GOOD. Hotel was clean, friendly customer service and great location. Was a discounted price from a vacation apt. It is not worth over $85 per night.
