The whole experience was fun and stress-free. Check-in was simple, checkout just as well, the pool was very clean and fun! Restaurant was nice for the night we didn't want to go out. Will definitely stay again.

Apart from the bathroom, the room was clean. The bathroom door lock didn't work and the shower curtain was short, and that's why there was a gap between the curtain and the tub and that caused water to spill out on the bathroom floor. The beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful . The front desk area had a good ambience. The restaurant on the property was excellent and polite staff and servers. Food was delicious!

I regret every second, it’s noise it’s not well taken care and truly the website looks good on the picture but doesn’t deliver the same fell , I try to cancel but because I booked through Expedia I could do anything. Unfortunately made my trip short and I left as fast it possible. Won’t go back and I would not recommend. Small tv and broken things inside of the room , chairs broken and the pool noise it’s just horrible

I booked this hotel for two nights specifically because it advertised an indoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, when we went to use the pool today, we were told it was closed, and the staff could not give any clear information about when or if it would reopen tomorrow. This was very disappointing, especially since today is Friday, the day after Christmas, and the pool was the main reason I chose this hotel and paid a higher price. Had I known the pool would be unavailable, I would have chosen a different hotel. I believe guests should be clearly informed in advance if major amenities like the pool and hot tub are not available.

The heated pool was so cold that all the kids where in the hot tub but who could blame them.There are signs saying no kids in the hot tub. I asked the staff to clear the kids out but they refused. Ive been going there over 30 years but this was my last time staying here.

The trip to the 5th floor was scary. The elevator seemed decrepit and the 5th floor hallway was very dark. The carpet looked like it was covered with vomit and the walls were partially caved in. The view out of the room was of a huge expanse of flat roof for the lower floors. The staff and pool were awesome.
