Nice place to stay off the Gatlinburg strip, the indoor pool is the highlight. It’s kind of a hybrid motel in a way. The restaurant inside the hotel was unassuming but really good which was a nice surprise.

Leaking ceiling

My family stayed just for 3 nights. The second night we woke up to water dripping on us in bed. They luckily had a room available and moved us down the hall. We requested some sort of compensation for the inconvenience and water all over our stuff and kept getting the run around. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received a call back from the manager. I have attempted to contact him 4 times and there was always an excuse. The front desk people are very nice, but communication with management is lacking.
