Located in the middle of Gatlinburg. Remodeled in Spring of 2022.
Our premier NO PETS / NO SMOKING unit has one bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and large wall mounted flat screen TV, custom décor with plantation blinds..
The kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets, a new four burner glass topped electric stove, toaster, large microwave, new frost free refrigerator w/ top freezer. Has 12 cup Drip coffee maker & Single cup Keurig coffee maker.
There are ample nice utensils, upscale dishes and stainless steel cookware.
The den has a large flat screen TV and DVR along with a comfortable sofa that converts into a Premium 7" mattress Queen size bed suitable for up to 2 KIDS.
It has two new very comfortable matching Lazy-boy rocker recliners.
The condo has No hassle check in/out with KEYLESS ENTRY.
The den has a wide sliding glass door leading to the adjacent private covered balcony with table and four chairs overlooking the outside pool, kiddie pool and hot tub.
There is an ashtray on the balcony table for smokers, since this is a no smoking unit.
Since this is a NO Pet condo, Guest will be evicted if a pet is found in the condo and Guest is required to pay an additional $500 deep cleaning so future guests will not suffer from any allergies from pet dander or other remnants from your pet.
Please contact owner for possible added cleaning charges if you have any animal that you want to bring, including any Verified service animal.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Wash, dry and place all dishes back into the stoage cabinets.
Assure the inside door thumb bar is placed in the HORIZINTAL (out & back) position. This allows the electronic lock to autotmatically lock back in 5 seconds
Strip sleeper sofa and place linens in the shower floor. Place all cushions and pillows back to their original places

Our get away!

Location was very close to everything we needed and wanted to do! We did not have to drive… just walked a couple blocks and there we were…downtown Gatlinburg!! There are so many things to do and see! We will have to come back to do it all!

Great condo

Location, Location, Location! Perfect place that’s close to downtown a 5 minute walk. Condo is small but bigger than a standard hotel room. Bedroom is hard to get around with bed but manageable. We saw bears 3 out of 5 days in different locations. Last day we saw a Mother bear with her 4 cubs that walked in the condo parking lot. A beautiful end to a perfect vacation for 5 days. Thank you Sam for being a great host and keeping me updated. We will return!!

Me & my sis-n-law took our nephew for a 2 week vacay. We had an amazing trip & couldn’t have asked for a better unit. The owner is exceptional to get in contact with and handling anything you may encounter during your time. Would highly recommend & would love to stay again one day. We saw many bears, even once while swimming. HahaPS: We are from Louisiana & LSU through & through & our tigers won their 8th baseball natty during this trip so we will never forget celebrating in the unit during that time. ;)

This is my 2nd time staying here, and ill likely be coming back for a 3rd. The place is super cute , cozy. Its right in downtown so you can walk to the hot attractions and restaurants. The house keeper does such a great job keeping it clean and very well stocked.

Really close to the strip

Very clean, easy to get in. Waking distance to many fun activities, shopping and restaurants. The space had most of what we needed for our stay. The bedroom is small and makes it hard to move around in and close to the elevator so that bothered my spouse, who is a light sleeper.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Gatlinburg. It's close enough to walk to several of the shops of the main strip, and easy access to bypasses to get around if traffic is slow. The host was very helpful and resolved any issues that came up.

Very clean

The condo was very nice and exceptionally clean. The furniture was very comfortable. It was about a 6 minute walk down the hill to the strip saving a lot of money on parking. Sam and his wife have a great place here that you can tell they take great pride in.
