Beautiful hotel!

Small room. Generally clean, lobby busy and seems very undersized for the crowd, and not so clean. Good breakfast, but large crowd.

The two room suite was an AMAZING deal! Jaw dropping size. Fantastic staff! Super clean. A great location being right next to Grand Central station.

All the hotel staff were very helpful.

Our room was never cleaned unless we call someone to do it. Not sure why this was the case. Bed not made, trash not picked up. No fresh towels. We were there for 4 days. Only had someone come (after calling front desk) to freshen up our room ONCE. That was on the 2nd day. To get fresh towels, had to catch the lady and ask for it. And the elevator was sooo busy. You will wait a long time for it. we got a room on the 15th floor. In order to go down, best strategy is to go round trip (go up and just ride again all the down. Good things: 1. welcome home package of 2 drinks and a snack 2. Breakfast - good 3. Location - great as it close to Timesquare and broadway

Check-in was so delayed. We were almost late for our dinner and Broadway show.
