Not worth to pay for VIP hotel price - Expedia shouldn't have misled with this. No room upgrade, no discount on food or any perk. Checkin time was at 4pm. Room was given at 430 PM, but on entering, room was not prepared. Beds didn't have sheets. Pillows were on a chair without covers. Comforter was on a chair. Towels weren't there. Shower tub didn't have a curtain. When I called them about shower curtain, his initial response was "you can come and take it". They didn't even apologize once for the poor service and giving that room. No accountability whatsoever. Breakfast is poor - just some pies and coffee for "to go". Doesn't even have a view - there are better hotels for same or lesser price by the water.

This hotel had great access to the northern gate to Yellowstone. It was well- maintained, had a clean laundry area, and had pleasant breakfast pastries and coffee.

The property is split into two sections. We were in the back, up on the hill where they had their breakfast cafe and laundry. The laundry is very nice. The breakfast is continental but enough variety that we were able to save on the expense of going out to breakfast every morning. You can be to the north park gates in 5 minutes. Linens were clean, as was the bathroom. Very quiet area. Always felt safe. The rooms have A/C units, which isn’t always a guarantee in that area, so that was nice too.

Large clean room and comfy bed, with aircon / heating and presentable bathroom. We were in the building complex at the back along a gravel road. (Looks like a new build and additional accommodation option added to the hotel.) Didn't experience the breakfast coffee and pastries as we were up early to enter the national park. Did make use of the ice machine though! One night stay only, would stay again if ever in the area in the future. No complaints.

Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, with simple complimentary breakfast options. The building layout is a bit unusual, as one section sits away from the front building - you’ll need to drive past a few regular houses to get there. One thing to note is that the outdoor lights attract a lot of small flies, and they will make their way inside whenever you open the door. The beds were comfortable and I would stay again. The only thing I don't understand is the $23 “resort fee,” that is not mentioned anywhere until you get to the front desk to check in. There is not really any amenities that would justify a resort fee.

Clean, quiet, convenient location for our trip to Yellowstone and then on to Glacier. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was adaquate for grapping a quick bite to start the date. Would recommend it.
