Antler Lodge itself was a great place to stay to visit Yellowstone National Park. Although dated the rooms were clean. However, there are very limited options for dinner. We found restaurant staffs were mediocre if not horrible. Menu selections were limited. The food itself was mediocre. Parking is terrible as well. It seems like the people in Gardiner don't like tourists.

The property was beautiful, staff was pleasant & helpful, the food in the bar & grill was excellent! The only things I would change would be to add free breakfast, hire more staff for the restaurant so that you didn’t get told that you would have to wait 45 minutes to even place a takeout order. The air conditioners in the room smell bad, need to have filter changed.

Good enough, but not great

The room was clean, but rather run down and had a musty smell. Not terrible, but not great either. Our bigger issue was the AC - it just didn't cool the room at all, so it was an uncomfortably hot night. Similarly the fridge wasn't very cold so we were a bit uncomfortable with its ability to keep drinks/food fresh.

This hotel was very old and musky smelling. I booked because it said breakfast was included but they do not serve breakfast. Our room was clean but 80 degrees when we arrived, staff was arguing about another guest while we waited to be we checked in. The smelly "game room" had 2 games, a ping pong table and a broken foosball table. The only good thing was the restaurant. I would not stay here again too pricey for a poor experience.

Loved the large suite room we had which consisted of an outer living area and a closed off bedroom. It was very clean and spacious. Gardiner is so close to the North entrance to Yellowstone.

Overall stay was very good. Hotel is dated, but so are all in the area. Everything was clean and neat. Rooms and beds comfortable. Restaurant on premises has cold beer and good drinks. Food was very good, especially the homemade pirogues! Watch out for spicy items as they do mean spicy. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Especially “Red” at front desk and Chance in restaurant . Pricing was good and proximity to park easy. I would gladly stay again.
