Check in staff was wonderful. She was very friendly and that’s a plus in customer service. However, the room I stayed in wasn’t all the best. The shower curtain had mold growing on the bottom of it, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the hot water didn’t seem to work. There were some stains on the floor in the room and the sheets and cover had some sort of burnt orange/ rust stain on them.

The check in was good. The woman attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok but the facilities in general were not kept up. There was masking tape peeling off around the walls in the hall upstairs; very sloppy looking. At check out the young woman would not give me a receipt that showed the price charged and zero balance. Instead it showed zero charged and zero balance; pretty much useless. She said it was because I made the reservation on-line (through Expedia), and could only get a useful receipt from Expedia. Every other hotel I've stayed at this trip gave me a paper receipt showing the full amount charged. When I said that to the lady she didn't even reply.

Web, said breakfast included, there was no food in the dining area, there were dead insects on the floor in our room. I had stayed there in the past, but not again. Very disappointed, had planned to stay 2 nights but checked out after the first night.

Nice room, nothing fancy and could have been a little cleaner but was just wanting to spend the night, not move in. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Coffee was hot and ready when we woke up. Breakfast was available as well but we didn’t try anything. Stay here every year and always satisfied.

Dont book it for the jacuzzi tub

The bed looked clean. The floors did not feel dirty. Is the bathroom was awful. We paid for a Jacuzzi tub and did not get to use it. We stayed 2 nights and checked in about 1 am the first night. Woke up saturday morning and going to get in the tub, turned the water on and the jets and black crud started floating in the water and made a ring in the tub. There was uses paper towel/ toilet paper at the corner of the tub. Inside rim of the toilet was filthy. The bucket that sat on top of the safe in the bathroom had a hair in it. Microwave was dirty and the freezer was frozen with ice. Talked to the front desk lady the first morning and she was super nice. Told us that there was nothing that she could do but the manager would be in monday and they could take care of it. She gives me a sticky note with email and direct phone number so i could send the pictures i showed her. I didnt hear anything monday so i call and talk to jay and he says the manager isnt in right now. I call back the next evening and jay answered the phone again and says the manager is on vacation. Jays says since i stayed both nights nothing is going to be done about it. That i should have went somewhere else or demanded another room

Cleanliness lacked. The floors had lots of dirt in the corners, the sheets hard stains on them, there was food left in the fridge in both of the rooms we had. The first room, the door would not lock so we were moved to a second room. The showers in both units dripped water continously.breakfast was literal had 4 mini muffins, 2 pieces of raisin and 2 plain bagel, and make your own waffle machine. I wish i could share pitures that i took. It was not up to the ratings by any means.

Pool was half empty and green. The riom smelled musty, and I had to run the water for about 10 minutes before it got hot. Staff was friendly. The hotel was run down.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in the pictures on your website aren’t accurate from the parking lot to the swimming pool. Everything was dirty. There was mold around the bathtub. Nothing had been dusted, the hairdryer in the room didn’t work. They only clean the room every three days by request and when I requested it to be clean, they didn’t even make the bed. It’s a terrible hotel and the pool does not work. I don’t know why it’s on their website or your website, but they don’t have a pool that works. I would never ever stay at a quality Inn again.
