First there is no elevator which makes dragging a suitcase up 3 flights of stairs a pain. I got up early for breakfast and most of the equipment was not working. Plain white bread and toaster out of order, no orange juice, only a waffle maker but I didn’t see anyone use it.

I am disputing a charge of $101.67 posted to my Visa ending in 9434 related to a hotel stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Hilton. This amount was originally presented as a temporary authorization (hold) and was later posted as a damage fee for a shower handle. The shower handle was already damaged upon arrival. On the night of December 13, I reported the issue to the front desk, and the employee stated the handle was “designed that way” and required no further action. Due to the malfunction, I could not properly control the water temperature. I also reported the issue again at checkout and was apologized to. On December 29, 2025, I contacted the hotel to resolve the matter and was informed the charge was being treated as damage due to lack of documentation, despite my timely report. I believe this charge was improperly applied and request a full reversal of the $101.67. Reservation booked through Expedia, confirmation number 72069133583769. Karem Andino

Clean and spacious room. Very nice staff. Parking was close to a entrance that was closer to our room than the main entrance. Price was great. Breakfast had a decent variety, too. We got there about a half hour before check-in, but they had our room available so that was a small added bonus. Location was right off the interstate, which made it super convenient! A++
