Room was dirty with left over trash from the previous person. The shower was practically falling apart. The water that came out of the shower was hard. The “housekeeping” is a family who has their young children working and running around the property. Woke up from a nap to a family attempting to get in the room because the staff double booked our room. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

Check-in lobby was hard to find, outside it's marked as a store or something . I had to drive around whole complex to make sure i am in right place. Receptionist check me in fast, but gave me a key and sitdown without even pointing me in right direction to go. No map of the place. Room and sheets are very clean, tub in shedding paint. But, i guess i got what i paid for.

It was all gross. There was no milk. They told me to make my cereal with water. There was a darkness throughout the entire food section. There was undercooked food cold only like two sausages and still had an hour and 20 minutes left on the breakfast. The Employee are rude. We got locked out of our room and then couldn’t get assistance. The so-called manager told me to have another cup of his disgusting tard coffee it was the most horrible day I’ve ever had at a quality in ever. Make sure you understand that this occurrence this nasty disgusting horrible stay sorry excuse for hospitality happened at 600 medal of Honor Rd., Gainesville, TX.

It was a very good value for a little inexpensive no frills older hotel. There was a light that didn't work but everything else was fine- had a desk, frig Internet, safe. Staff was cordial and efficent- pleasant stay.

The first room smelled Smoky and the next one the lock was broken and loose. I tightened it up, the coffee pot had a used pack in it and there were dirty clothes left in a drawer. Even the breakfast was not well organized 😕. This was not a good stay at all...

Run down and not maintained. Not just the room , but the grounds. Breakfast was unattended and cold with no microwave to warm things up. Waffle machine was not available, no butter for toast. Kind of nitpicks but well deserved.
