DIRTY. FILTHY. We checked into a room that had garbage in the garbage can, filthy, sticky tile with black grout, a black cotton ball under the toilet, dirty mirrors, makeup on the hanging towel, THEN I pulled down the comforter and there were clumps of bloody mucus stuck to the top of the comforter! I called to switch rooms and they were extremely helpful and nice, but they didn’t have another two bedroom suite, so they switched us two separate rooms which meant we, as a family, had ti split up. When I woke up in my new room, bc it was midnight at that point, I went to make coffee and the coffee cup was completely stained and dirty. Then I went to shower and it was a dribble of water, then when I toweled off, there was a clump of black hair stuck to the towel. It was quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I emailed corporate and they gave me points worth $40 toward my next stay. I sent them videos, photos, and descriptions, just wanting enough to cover that stay, but to no avail. The manager was friendly and helpful, but could only do so much bc I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to refund me, but they should at least give me enough points to cover one future stay. I wish I could post the photos so show I’m not exaggerating.
