Room Not Ready

Tried to check in at 4 and the room was not ready. The front desk staff said it might take as long as an hour. They would call me. I went for a walk and came back at 5. STILL not ready. I asked if ANY rooms were available for me. They had a 2 Queen room available. I was finally in my room by 5:18pm.

Desk staff were great! Expedia screwed up again: the Indian customer agent totally misunderstood when she was rebooking the booking you took away (because of double booking in Tallahassee I guess), and booked me and my husband for 2 room, not one for two people. HOM canceled the 2nd one, and I am assuming I will get a refund for it from you, but no telling how much trouble it will take to get it done. The hotel was very nice. Good rooms, nice lobby and great breakfast. Good location. I would book with them again. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Attempted to stay at this hotel however after checking in I found bedbugs. Expedia did nothing told me I would have to have told them prior to checking in????How would you know about bedbugs before checking in? No refund or credit offered will not be booking with them again.
