Maybe 3 Stars was too much

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights while he was in the process of having several types of test run at Shand's hospital. On Tuesday and Thursday, when we returned to the hotel after a long day at the hospital, our room keys would not unlock the door to our room. We had to go to the front desk and get new keys. Additionally, every day the cleaning person failed to complete cleaning the room. On 2 days, it was no clean towels or wash cloths. One day my husband had to collect the trash from the trash cans and take it to the front desk, The remote in the room did not work properly and the couch in the room look like it had been picked up off the side of the road, The cushions were not made for the couch, They were way too small and it left a big gap between the back of the couch and the cushions, There was no way anyone could sit comfortable on the couch, So he and I sit in the office chair and the only other chair in the room. Oh by the way, this was the King Deluxe Suite we were staying in. I am scared to think about what a standard room was like.

The hotel was cleam, staff friendly and in a great location. The rooms felt humid and damp and a bit noisy at night due to proximity to the highway, that being said I would stay again.
