The staff at this property were fantastic! I did experience a roach problem in the first room I had, and staff handled it beautifully and allowed me to change rooms and I had no issue after that. (I wouldn't keep open food or food containers in one's room. Throw it away in the trash can in the hallway.) I was there for my dog's surgery and this hotel is very dog friendly. They had a nice breakfast, and again, all staff were so kind, helpful, and helped me when they didn't "have" to.

I loved the room. It was spacious and very modern including coffee pot with tea or coffee. The bed was especially comfortable and included extra pillows and blankets. There were numerous places to eat close by. The only negative thing I have to say is the $40 pet fee for one small dog was outrageously high.

A/C

Leaky A/C ducts all through the hallway on the 4th floor. The A/c was not working properly. The room was cool but it was extremely musty and humid inside the room. Felt like the sheets were damp. The floor by the entrance / bathroom was slippery because of all the condensation. Had to put towels all over the floor to avoid slipping and falling. We've stayed at this hotel several times in the past and this is the first time it's happened.

Moved shower seat and there was black mold growing behind it. When I went to the front desk, they were not apologetic or sympathetic to my handicapped wife’s shower situation. They moved our room, but the next one had bugs. We stayed one night and then checked out a day early because it was unacceptable.

The bed was extremely hard with lumpy pillows which I thought was awkward. They had a ceiling fan that didn’t work and two light switches which you would think were to turn it on but they did nothing. There was a light on the ceiling fan so because that did not work it was extremely dark in the room. The bathroom was disgusting as far as dirt in the corners etc. I can’t even describe what the smell was upon arriving throughout the room. A mix of bleach or chlorine.

Good enough if you're on a budget.

Its a decent hotel, but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was lacking compaired to hotels in this price range. It's excellent if you're on a budget.

Pros and cons

My family and I were here for 1 night on a road trip. It was roomy for the 6 of us. However, the pullout sofa bed was in poor shape. Thankfully I had 2 littles who could sleep ok on it, but I felt bad letting them sleep there. They do have a pool which the kids had a blast in. It was nice to have a small dining table, fridge, and microwave in the room. Also, it seemed there was quite a bit of construction going on at time of visit (July 2025)
