Newnans Lake is 5 miles from downtown Gainesville and 7 miles from UF campus. Newnans Lake is a migratory bird path. A Birder's Paradise! This 1250 sq ft upstairs apartment overlooks our own citrus grove. You feel like you are in a luxury treehouse! Very peaceful and quiet here.
