This hotel is sketchy, run down, and poorly managed. The TV remote didn’t work (though it was eventually replaced), but the bigger issue was the air conditioning, which would not cool below 74 degrees and didn’t run properly at all. I spent an uncomfortably warm night because I did not feel safe or comfortable calling the front desk at 2:00 a.m. in my pajamas to be moved to another room. To make matters worse, when I raised these issues at checkout, the front desk employee was extremely rude, offered no apology, and instead scolded me for not calling during the night. Every ice machine in the building was out of order, and the entire property feels neglected and poorly maintained. This was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Only reason I booked this hotel was because of the hot tube, so after driving 7 hours to get to our hotel the hot tube and pool are closed. The room has 2 huge dead bugs in it, and the tub had a live bug crawling in it. The breakfast was ok, tried to have a hot chocolate but the water was barely warm. Probably won’t stay here again.

You should let people know when booking that the pool is out of order. The elevator needs some work, it moves when you get on and it jerks. The overall place needs some work.

It was ok. Pool was closed. Elevators broken. HVAC sounded like it was broken but worked ok. Door closure was broken so the stairway door was slamming against the wall all night keeping us from sleeping. It was the cheapest option so I guess I got what I paid for. But not as advertised.
