Decent hotel in a mountain town. Hotel was being updated during our stay, so they are improving. Do not take the stairs unless you're brave, the carpet choice is not the safest.

Alex Sassonbwas very helpful. our HVAC in the room was not working and he helped us with new room when requested so kudos to him.. on the contrary, Bebek was not very hospitable. She needs more training in customer service and hospitality when we questioned her about the HVAC in the room she told us to keep the windows open for the fresh air to come in. This is not acceptable. Hopefully, she can learn from this

Very nice English gentleman greeted me for check in. The place was very clean. I wished that my desk chair worked - because I needed to work. It was stuck all the way down for a 6foot plus person. I'm not that tall. Other than that - it -- great place near Natural Grocer in Frisco. We had a lot of fun on Main St. in Frisco - which is nearby!

Place needs a lot more love

Tiny room but about what you’d expect for the price point. Desk chair kind of worn - needs to be retired. TV sitting on top of a 6’ wardrobe was interesting - they do make wall mounts - small enough TV it would fit over the desk. Breakfast was undoubtedly the worst I’ve experienced in years. Would expect more from the Ramada brand, Ok for a short overnight stop but wouldn’t make this place a habit.
