Do not stay here. We had a room with a king size bed and only two pillows. Also only one wash cloth for the two of us. Staff was rude and put out because we asked for pillows and towels. The place had a drug den vibe. We were fearful of something happening to our car or items left in our room. We will never stay here again. Would not refund our money so we could stay somewhere else. This should be removed from Expedia.

People next to my room played their music very loud. Their children played right outside my door and they were not quiet at all. One child placed rocks inside my tire near my brakes. Parents stood right there and did very little.

I had a really great stay at Capri Motel. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout. The room was clean, the environment felt safe, and everything worked just as expected. I appreciated how quiet it was at night and how easy it was to get settled in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Clean and well-maintained!” This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the bathroom was sanitized, and the linens were fresh. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously. I also liked that it felt secure and peaceful at night. Would definitely stay again. -Sean

The place was not terrible, I just wish we had better amenities.There's no batteries in the remote for the TV and the room was a bit dirty.Upon arrival there was no garbage to put our garbage in. Another guest staying a couple doors down was constantly in his window staring out into the empty parking lot that only had our car making us uncomfortable throughout the stay.

There was no one available at check-in and no one answered the call for service. I had to leave a voicemail. It worked out thought because the place looked dirty and unkept, so I felt safer elsewhere as well. I stayed at another location, but have yet to hear back from management for a refund.

I don't even know where to start! We didn't have any hot water our first night. We rented a room with a jetted tub and weren't able to use it the first night due to no hot water. I called the office but it was already 11:45 so we took cold showers and went to bed. The next night we had hot water but the cold water knob didn't work so it was just straight scalding hot water! We dumped 2 bags of ice and dumped probably 40 gallon jugs of cold water from the shower into it. We still had to open the door and turn the ac way down because the whole room was steamed up so bad the floor was saturated and wait an hour for it to cool enough to get in! We saw a cockroach. The remote for the tv didn't work. And the staff was rude! I don't usually write reviews unless it's either really good or really bad! This was very bad!

Service was horrible, it took 2 hours for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. Alcohol cans everywhere, staff did nothing about neighbors yelling and cussing at each other.
