Peace and Serenity!

We got the ocean front room! It was breathtaking! Being able to wake up and go to sleep to a view and sounds of the ocean! It was whale season, so was able to see some whale activity in the morning from our balcony! Coffee shop opened early, so was able to grab a latte, sit and watch the water at some tables by the beach ( and whales). It was so peaceful! There was a situation that came up with our room, but it was addressed and fixed right away! The bar was a great place to sit, eat, drink and watch the water! Bartenders were on point and very attentive! This hotel is small and intimate in comparison to the bigger chain ones and is great for adults! Some small children but not a lot, so if looking for adult get away, this might be a good spot. We will definitely be back!

Bugs in room. On countertop next to bathroom. Keurig coffee pot broken upon chicken. Had to ask front desk three times for replacement before we got one. And then after the third request housekeeping showed up with a replacement at 6:00 a.m. add questions prior to arrival but nobody answered the phone. Not the front desk, not the concierge, nobody. I tried the front desk four times and lift the phone ring 40 times with no answer. Very bad for marketing. Remember the old saying "if you don't take care of the customer someone else will."

I chose this place as a destination location to celebrate my 50th birthday! The staff were very pleasant. The resort itself was exactly as expected from the website. Royal Lahaina Resort and Bungalows definitely did not disappoint! The views were just amazing from my room and the dining areas, and the beach bar. I loved the people and the energy. The resort trolley was a lifesaver for me also as I didn’t have to worry about a rental car. I’m definitely recommending them to family and friends. I had the best vacation ever. Thanks Royal Lahaina! Mahalo!

Great property upgraded to a bungalow at our own expense. That was very nice. Only problem is I had two double beds which and we’re not very big. It was still tight. Amazing people. Amazing service definitely use the valet parking. Well worth the five dollars more what’s up I did.

This was surprisingly amazing old Hawaiian, beautiful grounds, super generous, and hospital customer service beautiful beaches heard songs of the whale swimming in the waves

Decent property. Restaurants food was okay, need more basic options. You should be able to take more than 2 towels for the pool. It would have been nice to be able to turn down the AC lower than 67, some people run hot.

My stay was really enjoyable. The ocean front room was spacious and beautiful. My meals were pretty delicious and I enjoyed the Branches concerts. I wish the parking was included in the stay.

Great location

General, it is a good stay. The location is excellent. There are some small problems: no hand soap on arrival, we have to ask for it. We were told the room cleaning will be every other day. The cleaning service however was not done, we have to call front desk for trash removal and new shower tower.
