The staff were excellent- everyone was friendly, accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable! We were super impressed with the valet service; our room was overlooking the ocean with the most beautiful sunsets and rainbows! Rooms are slightly dated, but they really give you the Hawaiian feel. Enjoyed the property amenities, loved the pools and Branches! Stellar stay.

We stayed in a bungalow and the air conditioning unit would rattle so loud every 45 minutes and would wake you throughout the night. When brought to the attention of the staff, they said they were aware and sent us on our way. Supposedly, they are waiting on a new unit, but “lucky” us we did not get any sleep.

Loved the homey island vibe of the lobby. Room was spacious but worn.. location of hand soap across the sink not easy to access for a short person. Pillowcases stained and attention to detail lacked from housekeeping . I work in a hospital and have utmost respect for them but we had to beg to get our room reseeded . Feint desk staff lovely and credited us for the inconvenience.
