They are going througj a facelift and that was understood but somethings should never fall through the cracks like running out of facial tissue throughout the property. Not putting all the amenities back into the room once finished with the remodel. The front desk lady was fantastic and friendly. The place will be very nice once completed.

The staff at check-in and check-out were extremely friendly. The hotel was under renovation but it really didn't impact our stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet. It was clean and the shower was nice. The only issue we had was with the breakfast. We are trying to cut back on carbs so the only options we had were turkey sausage (not bad), eggs (ehhh - hotel eggs so you know what you are going to get), and some fruit. Everything else was breads (toast, bagels, muffins), cereal, and oatmeal. I'm sure most people would be fine with this as they did provide several options but if you are watching what you are eating, it didn't leave a lot. It was enough to get us through until lunch. We would defintely stay here again.

First let me say, the staff was excellent! However they did not have the original room I booked with Expedia, so they offered another. That room did not have a room darkening shade and the rug was pretty smelly and dated. We moved to another room, still not the one I originally booked. This room was right next to the elevator which I do not like, as it is normally pretty noisy. Thankfully it was quiet since there was very few people in the hotel. Another drawback is the fact that they collected a seventy five dollar deposit in case we did any damage to the room. Seriously? We have stayed in 5 star hotels that have never required a deposit. And we are both in our seventies… Would not recommend booking with a third party ever again as for some reason the property does not view the reservations in the same way.

Never ever again will I stay here! Ladies beware.

The hotel itself is clean and all but the creep at the desk at night made my stay the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been staying in a hotel in my life and I travel a lot and often. I barely stayed in my room due to him. Ladies keep your protection close when traveling and know your rights wherever you go!! Especially alone.
