The room was fine. However, the parking lot was ridiculous. At the time, this was a few days after the recent snow and ice storm, however, the parking lot was not shoveled at all. We almost fell a few times because of the ice and we weren’t able to utilize most of the parking spaces

The room was fine, but the parking lot had not been plowed. It was hard to park much less walk to the hotel. Very icy and slippery. Really unacceptable.

The room size and amenities were awesome. We will overlook that the television didn’t work. Everything else was wonderful, best bed pillows ever! Breakfast was pretty awesome, too. Now, this was not five star dining but pretty great for a Holiday Inn!!

I would stay here each and every time I visit Fredericksburg. Everyone was SO kind. They made fresh cookies everyday. They were courteous and everything was clean. The pool was heated and clean. I have zero complaints!

There was no hot water and the owners are aware that they need to fix the plumbing. No compensation was given. We we continually lied to and were late to my grandmother’s funeral because we did not have hot water to showe.
