Room was good and clean… staff at check in took a bit to come to counter but was nice .. but the house keeping and maintenance staff was very rude.. tend to take up the elevator (had 2 elevators but one was broken) and not accommodating the guests.. but one of them knocked into my cousin and her dog causing her dog to fall to the ground on her face.. she ended up busting up her mouth and side of her face.. the dog was bleeding and lost a tooth as she was trying to grab the dog, catch the blood coming out and see where it was bleeding from.. making sure the dog was ok.. the employee ignored her struggling, the blood and the fact her bags were half in the elevator and half out and instead just shut the elevator and left her there. Like I understand you’re busy but you could have taken an extra minute to check on the guest and their stuff..

Love this place and stay here every time I'm in the area. This time was a little rough. TV wouldn't work. Toilet kept running. Pillows kept falling through the back of the bed because the gap was so big. Room 112 is a no go for future stays.

Staff at front desk and maintenance man i met, all super friendly and absolutely amazing! Room staff ughhh i wont go there. The hotel elevator was busted and everything being on the second floor took forever! It wasn't a bad experience but wasn't great by any means at all.

Parking area was well lit. Smokers all congregated at the front entrance to smoke and the other side entrances wouldn’t open with door key so you had to walk through the smoke to enter the building

This place is NASTY. They have ROACHES. My bag had ROACHES crawling on them. I would NEVER pay my money to stay here again they didn’t even want to refund me!!! Look elsewhere website photos are a LIE! You’ve been warned!!!
