It started off bad from the beginning the elevator did not work and they gave me a room on the third floor, did not tell me the elevator was not working until after I made my purchase which I had to haul my luggage up three flights of stairs and up and down the stairs the whole weekend and someone said that the elevator never works in that hotel

Hotel- unable to get suite that I booked due to the elevators being out of order. Got a room downgraded with 2 queen beds on first floor. Door lock is missing, the turn knob lock will not turn. In general it was ok. I did not like the beds: low and hard. There was whole on the wall by the floor that was poorly cover with something like cement. The room was clean and the bathroom was great with a roll in shower. We stayed for one night with family and pets. The staff were polite and very helpful.
