Check-in was very smooth and quick. Our room initially had an A/C issue, but someone was available to check it out immediately, and moved us to a suite when they couldn’t fix the issue. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

When we arrived Wednesday afternoon, we inquired about two ladies sharing a room and splitting the cost, and were assured that all of that would be taken care of when we checked out on Saturday morning. This manager openly lied to us. We have witnesses to that effect. We will be reporting it to the corporate office.
