Comfort Inn hotels have the most comfortable pillows and beds of all chains, making their name very appropriate! I love this location too. If you get a room on the back side of the hotel (not facing Ballenger Creek), it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Friendly staff and good breakfast, too.

We check in after 3PM Friday to a muddy lobby floor which stay that way till Saturday afternoon. our vroom must have been breached at some point at the way light coming in all around the door, the safety latch had been ripped off and replaced but did not fit or function. The floor where the tub met the floor was stained or dirty. There was no tub stopper to allow for a bath to help with the skin irritation. The static in the bed covers and sheet were full of static or the sanitation chemicals were so strong they irritated my skin. We were in room 117 and the last room down from us on the left across the hall had two Rottweilers that constantly were barking at ever sound they heard and there we no owners around. You could walk out side and look into the room where these dogs were up in the window barking at people walking by outside. The people above us starting walking around the floor when they returned at 8Pm and it sounded like they were 500 lbs walking on their heals. When I called the desk to complain when the noise did not let up at 1120pm it only got louder. I called again and while they acted sympathetic they also acted like there was nothing could be done. I was awakened again by the hard walkers at 3AM and 530 AM. At 3AM I went out to the front desk again and all he could do was apologize and suggest a room change for tomorrow. Sunday at 530 AM the Rottweilers started barking that lasted 16 minutes. I was never informed of the dog walk area. Not Happy at all!
