Requested and front desk ok'd late checkout at 12 noon. Had do not disturb sign on door and maid service still knocked on our door at 10:30 am. We informed them that we had a late checkout. They knocked on the door again with do not disturb sign there again at 11:15am. In addition, had loud construction noise after working hours on Saturday for construction on 5th floor. Have stayed here before and always has been nothing but a great stay...

Check-in time is posted on website as 3p. We had 2 rooms. One was not ready until 4p and the other was still being cleaned until 5p. It was clear the floor had not been vacuumed in the second room. It was a hectic week, I’m sure, with school vacation, but it wasn’t nice stepping on gravel from staff or previous guests. Other than peeking outside the door of our first room twice we did not rush the preparation of the second room.

The hotel was clean, check in was easy and the pool was clean. They even put out hot chocolate with the coffee for my son. My only complaint is that the bathroom door does not allow any privacy. There is no seal on the track, you can hear everything out in the room and it doesn’t lock.
