I went through Expedia and over charged for the room and when I got there, there was the check in clerk Henry who through a virtual kiosk and very informal. I checked in the room, dirty sheets, very hard bed, old curtains and it was deplorable. Also the bed smelled of stale Marijuana that the cleaning products could not remove it. Also, I almost stepped on drug syringe on the parkway 2x. I was also approached by a man who was possibly on drugs. I tried to bare it, but I couldn't. Expedia did not want to refund me. I had to leave my vacation spot, drive an hour to get another hotel. I never in my life will recommend it and Expedia did not want to refund me, had to talk to the supervisor and had to drive and pay more for a other run downed hotel, but it was nice

There wasnt even a in person at the lobby, it was with someone over a tablet asking for my information. The place was nit clean and very steckchy. I didnt even stay at the place and when I canceled my reservation they didnt refund my money.

Pool area needs a deep cleaning, lot's of trash and over grown grass and weeds. Room was clean and comfortable and the beds were comfortable. The guy working front desk was very friendly. Room had refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, coffee, and condiments for coffee. Close to everything you need and walking distance to a beach.

Customer service is poor! When you check in, there is no person behind the massive window! But there's a kiosk with an "attendant" on the screen with poor english. parking is very limited, and they are hostile to any trailers. worst Florida stay ever!

I had a terrible experience during my stay. It is unacceptable that there was no one at the front desk to assist us. More than ten of us waited outside from 10 PM to 5 AM because the system was down and our room keys were not activated, preventing us from entering our rooms. I do not recommend staying here, as the only support available is a malfunctioning computer system, and the staff simply blamed the poor functionality of the system.

This trip was a last minute trip planned for my fiance and I to get away for the night. We don't live that far from the area, The Regency had a room available so we booked it (not the hotel I usually stay at down there.) The check in and check out process was very simple. The negatives about this place was the bathroom wasn't cleaned well at all. There was hair in the shower, a empty toilet paper roll was on the back of the toilet, the rags had facial hair on them and the sheets had hair. That night we got the biggest smell of weed and the next morning we got woken up by a couple downstairs screaming at eachother for 30 minutes.

The place was nice to stay at. But the guy that checked me in was very unprofessional. There was nothing about a deposit when I reserved it. & was kinda a sarcastic when I asked if I would get my deposit back. Just really didn’t like having to deal with someone through a computer rather have felt with someone in person.
