A lot of noise from upstairs called the front desk for help and they didn't do anything. The room was hot when we got there. No way to get quarters without cash to do laundry. Front desk girl was rude.

Had one bad experience, when someone left their puppy in the room unattended and he barked the entire morning waking me up and the whole floor. I did reach out to the front desk and Jennifer was very understanding and did reach out to the person. Each time she assured me, she was in contact with the person.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Unfulfilled Promises We had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. After driving for 10 hours, we were looking forward to settling into the king bed room we had specifically booked. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Upon check-in, we were told the room we wanted wasn’t available unless we waited a few more hours—not ideal after such a long drive. The receptionist, Jennifer, was not helpful at all. She told us to come back the next day to switch rooms, but when we did, she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. She seemed annoyed that we even asked, and responded rudely, saying, “I have over 180 people here—I don’t think I’ll have a bed available for you.” Not exactly the level of service we expected. We then spoke to the manager, hoping for a resolution, but got more of the same: “Come back tomorrow” and vague promises that never came through. In the end, we were stuck in a room we didn’t book, all because they were short-staffed and didn’t have anyone available to clean rooms. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Poor customer service, broken promises, and zero accountability. I would not recommend staying here.

Hotels.com has this as an 8+ rated accomodation, when it was actually about a 2-3 rated place. There was NO housekeeping service, the facility was dirty, and advertised amenities where not present

Great location but getting your room to be clean is horrible. They told me Cleaning is every other day and I stayed there for six days during these two days the two times clean my room, which is supposed to be cleaned. They just changed towels only no cleaning for the bathrooms or vanity no cleaning for the floor area. They did not put the bedding sheets terrible terrible terrible in the Cleaning despite me telling the front desk so many times The cleaning was not good.

We stayed there this past week because of my sons baseball Everything was good however, I called 5 times out of the 7 days we stayed to get our beds fixed up & NOTHING I called during night shift & day shift even went in person during day shift & night shift. All I got was the same response about if our personal belongings were on the beds they wouldn’t fix them which the first time we did have our personal pillows there so after that first encounter I had our pillows on the chair by the wall & still nothing. They did take our trash out just didn’t fix our beds. That was the only thing other than that our stay was good.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel has a laundry facility onsite and the outdoor pool area was very clean. The hotel was quiet and the continental breakfast was perfect!

Hotel location was wonderful but don't think you can walk from hotel if you want to go to the beach drive. It will be nice is the hotel provide shuttle to the public beaches in that way you don't suffer to find a parking spot. Breakfast was ok I would call it Continental breakfast. Employees were friendly and helpful only at the checkout we couldn't find a cart to load our bags to our cart and the employee at the front desk was a little rude just letting me know she was on the phone when I was dropping our keys

The property is close to beach if walking. I did not like there was no bar or food at the hotel except breakfast. I was told it opens July 4th. The breakfast is not a great selection everything is processed to accommodate volume rather than experience. Also the elevator needs work had to take stairs and that was not on my vacation list.

The room was nice, but didn’t have anywhere to sit no chairs. The breakfast was bland Sausage is not cooked well soggy no fruits. The sitting area was nice. The pool was nice and clean, but the bathroom on the first floor was very dirty tissue all over the floor and no tissue on the roll. The staff was nice and helpful.

Llegué a la habitación y estaba el piso sucio lleno de pelos, las sábanas ya estaban usadas manchadas con maquillajes tuve que ir a pedir artículos de limpieza para acondicionar la habitación nosotros mismos, el baño en la zona de la ducha el piso estaba rosado de humedad y sucio muy desagradable me tocó limpiarlo para poder hacer uso , las sábanas no las cambiaron durante los cuatro días no sacaban la basura de la habitación en definitiva no lo recomiendo I arrived at the room and the floor was dirty, full of hair. The sheets were already used and stained with makeup. I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean the room ourselves. The bathroom floor in the shower area was pink from moisture and dirty. Very unpleasant. I had to clean it to be able to use it The sheets weren't changed for four days. They didn't take the trash out of the room. I definitely don't recommend it.
