In a gated community with 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, basketball court along with bike racks. There is also a fishing in our 20 acre fresh water lake. The public access to the beach is approximately half mile away. Big kahunas water park is within walking distance, along with Shakes Frozen Custard, Waffle house, Merlin's pizza, Pizza hut, Mary's Kitchen, Chic Fila and many more.
Fully renovated this summer of 2019, 2 bedrooms one bath ; with a king size bed , 2 full size beds , 1 twin bed and a pull out couch .
