no ceiling lights in room, very dark, dangerous, pool closed, three holes in tile floor in front of wall mirror, informed front desk who stated that they could do nothing but move us to floor with staying high school football team, loud, noisy, outside door slamming shut all night long. No response from GM about issues, no rate adjustment or refund, very disappointed.

The hotel and accommodations were excellent. The only problem I had was there wasn’t much lighting in the room or the bathroom( the vanity light was really dim) .
