The management called me that afternoon to ask what time I would be arriving!! The when I checked in, the manager worked with me to change my room ( since I had not reserved a handicap room) And best of all, there was a free dinner at the bar that evening!!

The staff was warm and friendly. They checked in with me after I booked the room and then after I checked in too make sure all was well. I arrived in the evening, 10 minutes before their complimentary dinner service was over. They offered to make me a plate. It was like showing up at a friend’s house.
