You Get What You Oay For

The kiosk for check in is ridiculous. The front desk lady was able to check in 3 guests before the guy on the kiosk could check in one guest. Hotel is generally run down. You get what you pay for. I will say the bed was very comfortable.

Check-in was done via a person in a kiosk. I have never been at a hotel in 40 years of travel as an adult where a human wasn't at the front desk. We wanted to get some extra towels after check-in but we didn't want to go back and hope the kiosk was working. Our TV wouldn't allow us to get any channels. It looked like I had to use my personal TV streaming like Netflix but I couldn't even get that option to work. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The room was clean, modern, and well appointed. The property is conveniently located for where we were travelling, with ample parking and nice touches for vets like dedicated parking spaces. Typical hotel breakfast (mostly carbs). This is the first time that I used a video-call enabled kiosk for check in and that was easy and quick. My only real criticism is the exterior conditions around the property which could use some clean-up, but were not unreasonable for the area and price.

Was ok for just spending the one night. That was my bad they didnt have an elevator my 75 year old mom had a hard time with the stairs. Breakfast was good. Beds and bathroom were good no bugs. The check in and out was weird because you are basically doing it yourself with a video chat with someone on a computer thing the only thing i would have liked ice but from the way it looked around it on the floor i was good on that.

Because this was a third party company I had difficulty cancelling our trip. My mom became really ill and I wasted hours trying to cancel my trip when I should have been focusing on my family. There was no way to talk to someone on the phone and the email was not cooperative. We never stayed in the hotel and I think I ended up having to pay for it because I couldn’t get our hotel cancelled. I will never use hotels . Com again.

The property was nice. However, we were informed that they would not be returning our security deposit to us. There were ZERO damages to the room. They informed us that due to leaving a few belongings behind (brand new folding outdoor chairs) we would not be getting our deposit back unless we returned to pick them up. We could not do that because we had already checked out and were on the flight back home. RIDICULOUS! Customers BEWARE!!!

Checking in with the front desk staff was very difficult. The woman running the front desk was not friendly or accomodating. The guys on the video registration were much more friendly and professional in getting me registered. I'm glad I was able to work with the cideo staff during checkout rather than the woman behind the front desk. I was also very disappointed in the free breakfast meals. Not much variety to choose from. Most breakfasts have some type of meat for protein choices-----bacon or sausage. No eggs of any type were available to choose from. All in all, the breakfasts were very disappointing. The cleaning staff did a great job with my room during my stay.

The room was great! But there was NO ONE at check-in! You have to check-in with a guy on a computer screen. It’s terrible… it’s very impersonal. My particular check in person never smiled. He seemed like he hated his job and that was my first impression of the hotel. Thankfully the room was nice.
