The hotel was the best. No complaints at all. The only problem I have is I booked this room for my husband, but when he got there, he had to pay with his credit card since they didn’t have anything in the system from yall. When I found out about this the following day I called the hotel, and they said they didn’t receive anything from yall til 2:30 and he checked in at 1. I, for some reason, assumed that when I hit the button on my end that it went directly to the hotel. Now I have a charge on my account for something he had to pay for with his card, and he had to pay a lot more. So, where do I go from here?
