There had been a recent snow so parking was "interesting." The closet in the room was in total disrepair. No shelves, no hangers or hanger bar. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

When I showed up I stood at the front desk for well over 10-15 min no one came out so I called the hotel as I was standing in the lobby to get someone to come to the desk. Then I requested a main floor room as I am disabled and have a service dog. I was informed that they needed to put me on the third floor because it's the only room with a king size bed. I informed them I was ok with a queen size bed and they refused to switch my room so I had to trek up to the third floor. I went down to breakfast only to find not much food left. did I mention the elevator! it clinked and clanked like it was going to quit working. when I got on there was a gentleman on there I said im really afraid this thing is gonna quit working he says "you are the seventh person to say that to me" . as I was getting my things together to check out I noticed a BLOOD SPOT on the comforter from someones period! DISGUSTING! it had looked like it had even been there a while. I took a picture of it also! it has to be the worst stay I had ever had very disappointed I want a full refund!!!

We rented the room to be able to get ready for the wedding room was clean but when we asked for a late check out we were told they don’t do that, all we asked for was an extra hour and they would not accommodate but they had no problem booking the room for a whole other day in the same room!!!
