No breakfast as stated. Staff not helpful at all. Requested an extra pillow three times and never got it. Room door didn’t latch unless pushed on extremely hard. Overall bad experience. Will not stay here again. Nothing is as advertised. More like a motel where people reside than a hotel. Terrible. Dilapidated
