We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My concerns centre around the laundry machines that didn’t work (clothes came out sopping wet out of the washing machine) and the hours that the restaurant was open. A restaurant that closes between 11:00 and 11:30 to switch over the kitchen.

The front desk staff was inviting and friendly. The room was clean. The elevator was out of service. That wasn’t mentioned when we requested a fourth floor room. The bed was uncomfortably firm and the pillows were like pancakes.

I was absolutely disgusted when I went to turn on my water in the bathroom sink and touched human feces that was rubbed all over the faucet handle. Definitely could do a much better job on cleanliness. I took pictures, but I guess you can't post them here. I will say, the front desk staff was very friendly at check in though.
