The Y-Knot is an 1100 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with peeks of the ocean.. It's less than 2 blocks from the path that leads out to Heceta Beach and it has view of the ocean from the second floor. It has a lovely wrap around deck, with an outside table for dining in the afternoon sun. The large deck on the south is wind protected from our summer winds.

Perfect for 2 couples, this home has two bedrooms and two baths on separate floors. On the first floor you'll find the laundry room with full size washer & dryer. There is also a queen bedroom that has its own TV and a bath with shower. Upstairs is a king bedroom, also with it's own TV and a large walk in closet. You'll also find a loft for enjoying the view or watching TV. The kids will enjoy this space as well.

The great room with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light, and with it's open floor plan no one in group will miss anything The sofa in this room is a hide-a-bed. A door out to the deck for easy outdoor dining. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the pots and pans necessary as well as a dishwasher and and electric range for your cooking needs!
