Pictures look nothing like they look online. The staff was unhelpful, the condition of the room was so bad that we stayed at a different hotel and the staff refused to offer any compensation. They would not put me in contact with a manger.

The room was spacious & clean but had a few issues. Part of the curtain was hanging off the window. The TV remote did not work and the heater rattled while set to heat.

Our hotel room was both sterile and dingy at the same time. The bathroom was chalked with parts falling off the wall. The hot water also did not work. If we were not staying more that one night and it was pretty late otherwise I would have checked out. We chose the hotel because it was close to West Chester but would have preferred staying further away to avoid this place.
