A big football game. One associate trying to check in guests and everything else. Lines waiting 30plus minutes. Desk associate was very pleasant and kept her composure. Not enough towels and wash cloths in rooms. A live bug in one bed. 250$ per. Shameful.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Nice to have a refrigerator. I brought my mini Keurig to have my coffee and tea. The shower stall was small and a little uncomfortable. I booked it only because all hotels had no vacancies.

We reserved the room for two nights but checked out after one. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the worst hotel room my wife and I had ever seen. The pictures do not reflect the room. Everything was dirty and in disrepair.
