The hotel staff were very helpful. General manager personally assisted us getting our luggage to our room. This was very helpful and appreciated. There were stairs we had to negotiate getting yo our room. As seniors, this was a courtesy we appreciated. The breakfast options were numerous. They served a green chili spiced with elk which an unusual breakfast option. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!

HORRID! The room was dirty, the lighting was horrible, the floors were dirty, the bathroom was rusted and dirty. The toilet seat didnt even fit the toilet. There was no stopper in the sink. The towels were frayed. The was no extra blanket,there was only one nightstand for two beds. No USB ports. We asked for a 1st floor room, but there were still stairs! The bar of soap belonged to Barbie. The rails, to hold items in on the refrigerator door were broken and/or missing. I don't know how in the world this toilet got an 8.5 star rating. The room was the quality of a Motel 6. It wasn't worth $85 for 2 nights, nevermind $468!!!

Very dated. Very very dirty. It’s a shame because it’s in a great location. But one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. If it wasn’t for the fact that everything in the area was full we wouldn’t have stayed.

Great front desk staff. We've stayed here several times over the years during their renovations. The lobby is great now but the rooms may need to be spruced up again. We love the interior and exterior door rooms that are available as we like to pack up the car for the day in the park without making trips upstairs. This hotel is a good value.
