Was such a unique place! Huge breakfast- we only made it one day as we were up early and moving! But the deck in the evening to play cards and eat was beautiful! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. One day the pool was being shocked and the man in charge gave my kids 5 dollars for the game room. Indoor pool, game room- was nice after hiking for our kids. If you enter pictures they will give you the patch for that picture- all really nice touches. The walls are a bit thin and we had to speak to neighbors but again we were early to bed/early up. Would stay again and recommend.

When someone taking a shower in another room. it was very loud. Stayed on 2nd floor and took a cart up. They said i would have about 3 steps to manuever. Wrong. I had about 10 steps down then another 10 steps down. Had to carry everything. Found out later i had an outside door just down the hall they could have told me about.

We stayed here during our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised that the room had a microwave. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and very convenient to the main street of Estes Park, including Safeway and gas stations. It also has a very beautiful view of Lake Estes and the surrounding mountains.

It is in Estes Park, surrounded by the Rocky Mountains! Breakfast was unique, Elk chili was one item on menu. There was a visible gap at the bottom of the outside door. We stayed 4 days, maid service did not empty waste baskets during our stay.

It was an overall a great experience. The breakfast was better than any other hotel I’ve had. The family loved the game room and stayed there all night playing. The staff was so friendly!! The building was older but the upgrades and amenities made up for it for sure. We will definitely go back with the family.

The place is just out of the busy area of town but close enough to get to the downtown area quickly. Check in was a little bit of a hassle in that the desk clerk had a hard time finding my name in the reservations. He had me go around to his side of the counter to point out my name on the computer screen. Even with my ID in his hand, reading my name directly from it, he did not believe I was pointing to my own name on the screen. The room was clean but some telltale signs of poor remodeling were evident. Paint was not cleaned off the mirror, overly textured walls were most likely hiding poor workmanship, security bolt was not functional, no room cleaning/housekeeping at all for three days and we went to the lobby to get clean towels each day. Daily breakfast was ok but no potatoes or meats of any kind. Hot and cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, elk chili, frozen waffles and pancakes were the norm.

Horribly dirty!!! The room we were supposed to stay in had spiders, spider webs, and bugs all over!!!!! It was so nasty. We checked right back out!! We were the 5th set of individuals within a 10 minute time period to check back out due to filth!!!!!!!!

We had a great time in Estes Park and are not overly particular about where we stay, but the room was a little dated. The upside though was the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Had an issue with our toilet, and the gentleman was exceptional; fixed it right away and super friendly. The breakfast was also wonderful. Had a really nice setup with some pretty good food.
