License #6035 As you enter this two story townhouse masterpiece you are greeted with some of the finest living in Estes Park. Hardwood floors, granite countertops and comfortable furnishings await you. The living room has a gas fireplace and large flat screen television for your comfort and viewing pleasure. Once you look out the windows you will wonder why anyone would bother with a television! The surrounding mountains and wildlife will provide all the beauty and entertainment you came for.

The furnishings are comfortable, tasteful and perfectly suited to this fine home. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation or for those times you do not feel like eating out — or better said, getting out of your PJ's!

The master bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. The king size bed provides exceptional comfort and room to stretch out. The master bath is the perfect place to "prepare yourself" for the great outdoors. The living room, kitchen, laundry facilities and a half bath are also on the main level. As you ascend the stairs you enter in to the loft. There are scenic views through the living room windows as well as comfortable seating where you can read a book, relax or play games. There is a multi-function game table that has built in monopoly, scrabble, chess and backgammon boards. The two upper bedrooms (one king, one queen) round out the perfect vacation package.

Location is everything! You are less than 1 mile from Rocky Mountain National Park and a 5 minute drive from downtown Estes Park. You are also miles and miles away from the stress, hustle and bustle of life.

Great trip to the rockies

The house is so much more than what the pictures show. It was very beautiful, we had everything we needed and more. It was so relaxing sitting in the chairs by the creek, we saw some otters and ducks. A bear walked by and some elk decided to take a nap in the front yard!

Wonderful trip! The location was perfect. The kids could play by the creek, and it offered quick, easy access to the park. It was well stocked and the perfect layout. We also got to see lots of animals from the front and backyard- elk, turkey, hummingbirds, and deer. Would absolutely recommend!

Very good place to stay for RMNP Trip

Very nice property with plenty of space for our family ( 3 adults and 1 teen). Excellent location near RMNP. Nice back patio with a shade awning, overlooking the creek and all the wildlife that visited us daily during our stay. Commication with host was very good, answering all our questions and requests quickly. Our only complaint was the height of the beds, they are quite high off the floor. As 70 persons it was difficult and challenging to climb into the bed each evening. Access to all other parts of the property were mature personfriendly.Thank you for a lovely place to stay during our visit to RMNP.

Clean, Quiet, Riverside Condo with Good Amenities

My wife, daughter, son-in-law, grandsons, and I stayed here for four nights. One of our grandsons caught a small trout in the Big Thompson, outside the back door. The property was clean, and the interior and layout make this property one of the nicest condos we've stayed in. We were all very happy with the property. We have been to Estes - in the Fall - many times over twenty years. Late May has turned out to be THE most productive for wildlife viewing, both in RMNP and in the neighborhood. The bulls have developed a large portion of their antlers, which are in velvet, the cows have calves with them, and the moose in RMNP were very active.

Perfect location with a beautiful view

A beautiful townhome only a mile from the Park entrance and an easy drive to Estes Park. It is in a group of homes so not secluded. The back deck overlooks water and mountains. We had multiple elk and a moose ran by! We enjoyed it tremendously!

Spot On!

This has to be one of our favorite vacation rentals ever! The pictures and description are truly spot on. The home was beautiful, clean, and centrally located to Rocky Mountain National Park and minutes away from the downtown Estes Park. So often, pictures of vacation rentals can be a bit deceptive with the appearance of the interior or exterior, this accommodation was spot on and didn't disappoint. The interior of the home was exactly like the pictures implied. We really wondered if the river and all the wildlife would be right there on the property, yes! The house is right on the river and we had, at times, two turkeys, eight elk, and sixteen deer! Quick access to hiking, restaurants, or just putting on the fireplace, relaxing, and soaking up the amazing scenery. We loved it so much that we inquired about buying a place there. We would totally stay here again!!

This home is AMAZING! The creek behind is a great place to hang out! The scenery was beautiful and the property is amazing. We would come back here again - close to town but even closer to RMNP. Perfect experience for our family at our son's wedding!

The property was very clean and comfortable. We were able to head into RMNP, just down the road. The creek in the back of the home was very relaxing too. We were close to downtown Estes Park which was very convenient. I would recommend staying here for a family get away

Enchanting setting close to RMNP

This property had a great location just a few miles from the entrance to RMNP and less than a 10 minute drive to Estes Park. It is situated along a brook that attracted elk. They came onto the property and could be heard bugling during the night. It was wonderful having two rooms with a king bed. My only complaint would be the list of requirements upon departing - strip the beds, wash and dry and towels, empty the garbage, etc. I would expect the cleaning fee that we paid to cover that. There were dirty knives in the wood block and the wash clothes were super dingy. I’m not sure why guests are responsible for washing and drying the towels - how does the next guest know that they are really clean. Plus we had a very long drive the day we departed and waiting for the washing machine to finish meant departing later than we wanted to.
