Upon checking in after 8:00 pm we were giving keys to a room that was still dirty. The front desk did move us to a clean room. However, housekeeping and the front desk need to have better communication.

The heat did not work very well at all in the room. The front desk responded to my inquiry that they had been having heating problems in Room 224 and gave me two blankets......it's winter in Escanaba Michigan! Tough stay with not much heat.
