Honestly this was a great hotel for the price! The rooms were nicer than expected, the breakfast had many options and was replenished as needed, and the staff was very kind! We also liked the 24 hour coffee/tea bar. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. We stayed 11 nights, the pool was only open 3 of those days and it was cloudy! We were told they were doing maintenance then they decided to drain the pool and refill it! Breakfast was a joke! We went elsewhere for breakfast! If we had known the pool wasn’t going to be available we would have gone 2 miles down the road to a hotel that has one and they know how to take care of it!! The exhaust fan in the room didn’t work and any time we needed toilet paper we had to go to the desk for it!! Will never stay there again and tell everyone I know not to go there!!

Our room was clean and stocked with towels and soap shampoo etc. The staff was pleasant and offered assistance. Breakfast was fine and there were warm options as well as fruit and yogurt. We had easy access in and out of the building. It was well lit outside. There is area for pets as well out back.

Breakfast was okay could had more variety. Some rooms are not complete. Had change rooms my phone was not hooked up in room outside room hall incomplete being worked on. Hotel upgraded our room no additiinal charge. Was satisfied.

Good Stay

The staff was extremely friendly. The room looked to be newly renovated. Same with the Lobby and where you get breakfast. Breakfast was just ok. There were eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, breads, waffles, and juice. The room was better then expected in comparison to the outside. The bed was comfortable! However, you did hear all the traffic outside. The walls are very thin. We could hear a dog barking at 2am and people walking or running on the floor above. You dont get a good nights sleep with that. We only stayed a night there so for the price it was good.

Hotel in desperate need of updating. Caulking peeling out of shower, can’t tell you when the last time the room had a deep clean, room was dirty, beds not comfortable at all. The room we were assigned didn’t have a working deadbolt. The gal at the desk was super nice and switched us rooms right away. Offered to put us on the third floor as the second floor might get a little loud as there was a large group of some sort staying there. Staff was nice. But that’s the only thing going for this hotel.
