We have not got the Suite we booked, the bed and sheets were very old, the room has inside air conditioning, 2 hours after check in the room has a heating on against the cooling, Maintenace came and plugged a fan to push the hot air around. We have added breakfast to the booking; restaurant staff was rude when using the breakfast vouchers as they are giving the food for free! No early hours for outside pool, many improvements needed at this hotel!

Hotel was lovely. Such a pleasant location at the Bay. Food in the restaurant was very nice and the room spacious and nicely appointed
