They put a hold on my credit card for the entire time I stayed. It was basically double the stay cost. So my $400 stay cost me over $800 while I was there. So I couldn’t use that money for things on my trip like food, drinks, and activities and when I asked the man at the front desk about it he just said he didn’t know why it was like that and would go back in my account after I checked out. They should really warn people be prepared to pay double while you stay!! Luckily I had my husband with me to help pay for things while I waited for the hotel to give me back my money they were holding hostage!! Also seemed like the night time desk lady was busy entertaining her own BF and friends serving drinks, smoking cigarettes, and hanging out rather than helping guests. I had to stand at the desk for 10 minutes to check out a soda from the little store at the hotel. Also the breakfast was not good. Not many options the food looked like it was geared more towards children. We also had to request a shower curtain there was none in our room and for a two night stay we had two small towels for two adults. The hotel overall smelled like an ashtray and dirty shoes. Will not stay here again even tho it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do the extra $400 hold on my account was not worth the poor service and stinky building.

The Property was on the lakefront with beautiful views. Sorry that we had so little tme to enjoy it. Breakfast was ready on time and delicious.

Nice stay. Convenient location to great Bayfront restaurants. Room was clean and the beds were average. Every worker we came in contact with was pleasant and professional. Wife said the breakfast was average. Overall could stay here again in the future for trips up Erie.

Easy check in. Staff was fruendly. Room was clean. Not enough towels. Fitness room very small. The bar is pointless. The restroom at the pool was messy. The pool and hot tub was nice. Easy to park. Near most everything. We had a nice stay. Breakfast was good.

Reasonable - clean room - decent breakfast

I was getting cancer treatments & needed a place close to Hillman. Good location if you have appointments at Hamot or Hillman Cancer Center. Some staff were great - Christopher, the cleaning lady, the young man with dreads, but others not so much. Breakfast was better than some places I've stayed. Room was clean & comfortable. However, we had quite a scare when the loud fire alarm went off! No one offered an explanation. Fortunately no fire! Reasonable room rates, but for some reason I was charged more for the third night I stayed even though it was a week day.

Hotel room was clean and well maintained. It is on a busy road which is not walkable (there is a walkway along the lake on the other side of the road). Close enough drive to dining options and a traffic light at the parking exit makes a left turn doable
