I booked 2 king suite rooms with bathtubs, but when I arrived I was told that they had to change my (already paid for) reservation to queen suites, but assured me that the rooms did have tubs. When we proceeded to the rooms, one was actually a king suite, the other was a queen and only one room had a tub. They charged my card for 3 deposits insteadof 2, then also charged my card 3 MORE times for odd amounts around $1 each. I finally have received my deposits back now, but they did nothing about the other charges besides tell me that it was a problem with their system and apologized. Due to the small amount taken, I didn't fuss over it, but it left me feeling pretty uneasy about more charges possibly arising now. Not great business this time. Although, the night duty male tried hard to get my issues fixed, his manager told him there was nothing they could do.

The hotel was in a convenient location right off the expressway. The hotel was clean and even had Dove bottled products. The bed was comfortable, lobby welcoming, and a variety of breakfast items. Overall, a great stay.

Great hotel

The hotel and their rooms were spotless. The morning breakfast was hot and very good. There was a gentleman who made sure the hot items stayed full. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and modern

Checked in and staff was very nice. Facility was clean. Got up to my room and someone had pulled the lock to keep the door from latching. As a female traveling alone this was unsettling. Then one of the beds was ruffled like someone had been sitting there, tv was on and so were all the lights. All night there was a whistling coming from maybe the bathroom or next door. I couldn’t tell. Regardless, I opted to forfeit the payment and not go back for my second night.

Comminucatuon Issues

I requested late check out and it was not passed on to housekeeping. Regular checkout is 1200 noon and at 1030 i was woke up by housekeepers. That's not even close to regular checkout!

Had to get off the road because of a snow storm. Choose room for 6 (family of 5) but was charged 30$ for extra guest. Hide a bed was squished between air/heat unit and the 2nd bed. Not very comfortable. Otherwise a nice room - regular beds very comfy, clean and nice breakfast.
