Absolutely horrible experience. I booked on Friday for 2 people. Called to let them know the name of the person checking in and they rudely told me I had to call the next day since she doesn’t work mornings. When I called the next morning, the ONLY WAY I could add another person was if I “sent an email with my photo ID, dates I’ll arrive, and the name of the person checking in.” When he got there it took them 30 to check-in with lots of confusion. The room we got had no light bulbs, mold on the sheets & bed and missing drawers from the tv stand, no shower curtain and holes in the walls. We obviously did not want to stay there and was provided no refund from the hotel and Expedia also did not offer a refund for my poor experience. I was never so poorly treated in my life. I use Expedia many times and never thought the support I received would be so lacking. I was given a $50 coupon but literally slept in a car that night. I will be disputing this charge with my bank
