Very disappointed with the manager's decision.

We accidently booked a room for June 22nd-June 23rd. the error was explained to the manager but, she refused to give a refund. We always stay there but, after this experience we won't be staying there anymore. I don't understand that Comfort Inn Prefers to lose a customer for many more stays than to refund $80.00.

To start, check in was at 3pm and when we got there there wasn’t a room ready. So we had to wait. The pool had about 467 people in it so we couldn’t use that, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The room was a suite and wow it was filthy. The bathroom still had hair in the shower and the toilet and sink were still dirty. The worst part was the cockroaches we woke up to at midnight. They were everywhere, they had an infestation. We had to checkout! I give this place as low of a rating as I can. It’s a shame that a manager and owner of this hotel would let their property get this bad.
