We booked rhis hotel specificly because it had a pool. They were renovating and tge pool was closed, which was not stated. We would have found another hotel with a pool to stay at for the kids.

The building is being renovated so no pool. I called to ask about it and was told they have one available and the front desk person basically called me liar and said no one would have told me that. Not nice. The room we stayed in was newly renovated. It still was not worth what we paid. If you’re on a road trip just skip this area all together.

We were placed in a room next to the kitchen. At 4 am they began preparing for the breakfast buffet. Pots clanking, refrigerator doors slamming. Hotel is also under construction. They should have warned us before we booked

We booked this hotel for the pool for our 7 year Old. We had a sad child when we checked in and found it was under construction. A note on the website would’ve been very helpful. The front desk staff was amazing though. She was so nice and great to deal with. She had our sink fixed while we were at dinner.
