There was a used towel stuffed at the top of the shower. The free breakfast was undercooked. Not sure what came out of the coffee machine but it was questionable. The hotel was clean. Staff was very nice. They definitely have the best intentions for their customers but the delivery was a bit off.

The rooms are large, clean, and modern. There is a mini fridge and microwave in room as well as a Keurig. My complaint is breakfast. We were told breakfast was until 9AM and we got there at 8:30. There was nothing left except eggs and cereal. No more biscuits, sausage, yogurt, muffins, cream cheese for bagels, jelly for toast, or waffle mix. I asked the front desk girl who was sitting in the lobby playing on her phone if they would be able to put more breakfast out and she said no. They only put it out once and once it’s gone it gone. So, if you don’t care about breakfast or want to get up at 6AM to make sure you get some, then it’s a nice hotel.

The hotel did not have our reservation. After confirming our reservation with a representative from hotels.com, the hotel gave us a room. Upon entering, the bathroom had a sliding door which did not close all the way and towels under ac unit. In the morning, there was water all over the floor from the ac unit. Soaked the dog bed that we had to leave behind.

Pictures look better online, the room I had was dated, it needed some TLC, the couch was stained, bathroom was dirty looking, needs need caulking around in the bathroom, towels were scratchy, the outside door from stairwell was broke out, door not secure, outside of the building needs new paint, looks old and dingy. It said online that rooms were sound proof, I didn't experience this, it seemed normal, you could hear people in the halls, TV's etc. I had high hopes, but was disappointed by the condition of the property.
